The Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Progress of China's High-Tech Industry

Since the reform and opening-up policy has been put into practice, China's high-tech industry has developed sufficiently. But there is still a long way to go while comparing with developed countries. This paper expounds the status quo of China's high tech industry and its existing problems, then makes analysis on the cause of the problems. It finally puts forward some countermeasures to develop China's high tech industry.
