On Countermeasures of Promoting China's High-and-New Tech Industry

Since mid-1980s, China's high-and-new tech industry has developed sufficiently and achieved a lot. However, in general,it still remains in a low stage because there is a long way to go while compared with developed countries in many fields.This paper aims at discussing how to adopt practicable countermeasures and initiate enthusiasm from every aspect so as to promote China's high-and-new tech industry.
