An Investigation of the Geographical Distribution of Wild Buckwheat Resources in Sichuan

Abstract
After systematical investigation and collection of the wild buckwheat resources in more than 60 counties in six prefectures of Sichuan with different ecological conditions,a total of 8 species,2 subspecies and 2 varieties were identified.Two main distribution centers were located,one in southwestern Sichuan and the other in northern Sichuan.The original habitats of wild buckwheat were found to be diversified.
