Abstract
After systematicly investigating the wild buckwheat resources of the 1 560 different ecological areas in the 520 villages and towns of 17counties in Liangshan of Sichuan, the author collects 205 seeds of seven species and two varieties,96 plants specimens. The author get to know the quantity and characteristics of wild buckwheat resources of this area, and also know that different wild buckwheat resources have three clear and regional distribution centers, that is,the higer temperature east of an altitude of about 1 000 m and the south of the Jinsha River, the lower temperature central distribution center of an altitude of about 2 000 m,the lower temperature west of an altitude of about 2 500 m.
