Abstract
The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of the eight fishery antibacterial drugs are determined and its inhibitory action and bactericidal effects on the Aeromonas hydrophila used respectively and combinedly are compared by using double dilution method and inhibition zone method. Results show that the MICs of eight fishery antibacterial drugs are thiamphenicol 1.6 μg/mL,gentamicinum 3.2 μg/mL,florfenicol 3.2 μg/mL,hydrochloric norfloxacinum and streptomycinum 3.2 μg/mL,norfloxacinum 12.8 μg/mL,oxytetracylinnum 12.8 μg/mL,but only sulfamethoxazolum has no inhibitory effect even at concentration of 12.8 μg/mL;the inhibition zone of eight fishery antibacterial drugs are streptomycinum 2.60 cm,norfloxacinum 2.10 cm,oxytetracylinnum1.97 cm,hydrochloric norfloxacinum 1.73 cm,florfenicol 1.38 cm,thiamphenicol 1.23 cm,gentamicinum 1.18 cm;the inhibition zones of combination are streptomycinum and oxytetracylinnum 2.63 cm,florfenicol and norfloxacinum 2.58 cm,florfenicol and streptomycinum 2.54 cm,streptomycinum and gentamicinum 2.50 cm,florfenicol and oxytetracylinnum 2.30 cm,oxytetracylinnum and norfloxacinum 2.14 cm,florfenicol and hydrochloric norfloxacinum 1.74 cm,hydrochloric norfloxacinum and thiamphenicol 1.62 cm.Streptomycinum, oxytetracylinnum and hydrochloric norfloxacinum are the best sensitive on Aeromonas hydrophila, and the next are thiamphenicol and gentamicinum. There is no influence on the inhitory action and bactericidal effect of fishery antibacterial drugs used respectirely or combinedly.
