Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of dehydrocorydaline in Rhizoma Corydalis by HPLC.METHODSThe analysis was carried out on Diamonsil C-18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid(18∶82);wavelength was 340 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.RESULTSThe liner range of dehydrocorydaline was 0.163 0-1.630 4 μg.Regression equation was Y = 1 553.5X + 1.306 1,r= 0.999 9.The average recovery was 97.9% with RSD=1.38%(n=9).CONCLUSIONThe methods is accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis for Rhizoma Corydalis.
