Abstract

Objective To establish HPLC-fingerprint of Rhizoma Corydalis from different habitats for the quality control. Methods The determination was performed as follows: kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column, the mobile phase acetonitrile-0.1% acetate buffer solution(pH 6.0 with triethylamine) in gradient elution, the flow rate 1.0 mL min-1 and UV detection wavelength 280 nm.The similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fringerprint of TCM was used to evaluate the similarity of Rhizoma Corydalis from different habitats.ResμLt Similarity of 12 Rhizoma Corydalis samples were between 0.923 and 0.999,and the fingerprint of Rhizoma Corydalis was established by 14 common peaks indicated. Conclusion The inherent characters of Rhizoma Corydalis from different habitats were reflected by the fingerprint established. This method coμLd be used for quality control of Rhizoma Corydalis.
