Abstract
Objective To explore therapeutic methods for severe craniocerebral injury complicated with multiple injuries. Methods The clinical data of 216 cases of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with multiple injuries in this department were retrospectively analyzed. Results According to GOS scores,78 patients got good recovery(36.1%) after the treatment,43 patients with moderate disability(19.9%),26 cases(12.0%) with severe disability,12 patients(5.6%) with vegetative survival and 57 patients(26.4%) with death. Conclusion Multiple injured patients with severe craniocerebral injury should be early diagnosed and judged.Firstly the management of injury threatening life is the key for successful treatment, dynamic regular observation and repeated assessment of the disease is an important means to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Postoperative intensive care system and comprehensive treatment can raise the successful rate and decrease rates of disability and mortality.
