On the Innovation Mode of Student Management in Higher Vocational Colleges under New Education Background

New education environment requires the colleges to pay attention to the cultivation of the innovation ability of students in education management, give full play to students' autonomous learning ability and arouse students' study initiative, thus it's necessary for vocational colleges to change its traditional management mode and innovate management mode guided by the management philosophy of student oriented so as to cultivate practical talents with comprehensive quality for the society. This paper firstly expounds the current situation of management in vocational colleges under new education environment, and analyses innovative approaches to management mode.
