Abstract
Development of economic society and scale expansion of colleges make a challenge for student management work in colleges.Doing well in student management of colleges under the instruction of scientific talent view is an important measure to improve talent training quality in colleges and promote healthy development of educational cause in our country.This paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures to existing problems of student management work in colleges.
