Abstract

The development in real estate make it a fact that the real estate fund depends too much on the bank credit. The commercial bank runs the risks of markets and credits in every link. With the frequent measures of the real estate regulation by financing carried out, the traditional credit channel has become narrow. As a result, pluralism may be put into practice for the real estate credit channels.
