Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the feasibility on rational drug use of antibiotics for type Ⅰ incision during perioperative period.METHODS The cases undergoing elective operations with type Ⅰ operative incision were selected and separated into two groups(prophylactic use of antibiotics or not).Their infection status were observed and analyzed.RESULTS The incidence of surgical wound infections in two groups had no statistically difference(P0.05).The body temperature and peripheral blood leucocyte had no statistically difference(P0.05) in each group before and after surgery.CONCLUSIONS It needn′t to prophylactic use of antibiotics for type Ⅰ operative incision. It can accomplish the infection prevention by once use first generation cephalosporin before operation if there is affection and operative time less than 2 hours.
