Analysis on the state of anxiety depression and psychological intervention maintenance hemodialysis patients in maintenance hemodialysis patients

【Objective】 To explore the anxiety depression state and the influence of psychological intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients.【Methods】A total of 88 routine maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Psychological intervention was given for 20 weeks to 44 patients of intervention group,Anxiety self rating scale(SAS),depression self rating scale(SDS) and symptoms since the rating scale(SCL-90) were evaluated before and after intervention.【Results】 The SAS,SDS score with statistical significance in two groups of patients before intervention.The SAS,SDS score was intervention group of significantly lower than those of the control group after intervention and the difference was statistical significance(P 0.01).The symptoms self rating scale(SCL-90) score,with no statistical significance in two groups of patients before intervention,somatization,depression,anxiety,hostility and terrorist factor points of intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group and the difference were statistical significance(P 0.0 or P 0.051).【Conclusion】For patients with MHD,psychological intervention can improve the anxiety,depression,improve cure effect of blood dialysis and the quality of life.
