Psychological contract and the stability of the teaching staffs

Psychological contract refers to the compulsory,implicit,and mutual expectancy between the organization and individuals.The writer argues that the heavy loss of the brilliant teachers is due to the violation of the psychological contract in the newly established universities.So the management should encourage teachers to demonstrate their satisfaction and loyalty for the work.
