Abstract
Psychological contract violation refers to the short-term and relatively intense feelings that are often experienced when an employee believes that the organization has violated the psychological contract. Psychological contract management of university teachers,as a part of teacher management in colleges and universities,influences the sustainable development of the school. Based on stakeholder theory,this article researched the interest requirements of universities stakeholders. According to the existing research data,the article built a model exploring the impact of teachers' psychological contract violation from the psychological expectations,job performance,organizational commitment,job involvement,job satisfaction,organizational culture and the social environment angle. And on thisbasis,we also put forward that through full communication,performance feedback,attribution management,build trust,teachers' feelings of violation can be reduced and the university teachers' psychological contract fulfillment can be promoted better.
