Abstract

The rationality of choosing jobs is an economic,limited and ethical rationality.Economic rationality is the internal driving force of occupation choosing;limited rationality is the basis of its guidance;moral rationality is its external conditions.On the basis of rational analysis,this paper actively promotes young college students to hunt jobs in a rational manner.
