An Exploration into How to Improve the Scientific Research Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

Now problems such as low transformation rate of scientific fruits,low scientific level in general and imperfect scientific management system exist in higher vocational colleges.These problems are linked with the incorrect positioning,lack of power and wrong assessment system in terms of scientific research.To raise the scientific research levels of higher vocational colleges,the focus should be laid on the research and development of applied technology.It’s also important to adjust the assessment system to encourage the motivation of teachers in scientific research,thus achieving a harmonious coordinative development between teaching and scientific research.
