As an integral part of higher education,our country's higher vocational education has propped up half of higher education.However,in terms of the current situation of scientific research effort,it is not nearly to hold the half of scientific research effort for higher vocational colleges.The foundation of scientific research effort is weak,the quality of scientific researchers is not high,whether subjects and subject grades,or the input of funds,higher vocational colleges can not match normal universities.In order to fundamentally solve the problems and contradictions,we must start from the innovation of concepts and implement scientific research incentives,and take the road of combining production and research.
