Gemcitabine plus 5-FU and nedaplatin chemotherapy for advanced esophageal hour program of clinical observation

Objective To explore the efficacy and adverse reactions of gemcitabine(GEM) combined with 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu) and nedaplatin(NDP) with advanced esophageal cancer chrono-chemotherapy.Methods GEM2000 mg /m2 ivdrip d1、8 intravenous,5-Fu 2500 mg/m2 divided d1 ～ 5(15: 00-18: 00) micro pump infusion,nedaplatin 75 mg/m2 d1-3 hours intravenously,at 2 hours before 5-Fu applied leucovorin 200 mg/d,21 d is a cycle,evaluated after 2 cycles.Results The median treatment cycle was 4.5 cycles,CR 2 cases,PR 14 cases,SD 5 cases,PD 5 cases,the total effective rate(CR + PR) was 61.5%(16 /26).The main adverse reaction was myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions.No Ⅳ myelosuppression,stomatitis,liver and kidney toxicity Dengjun light.Conclusion The gemcitabine(GEM) combined with 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu) and nedaplatin(NDP) with advanced esophageal cancer chrono-chemotherapy is effective and security.
