Abstract
Objective:To assess the practical value of chemiluminometry in measuring serum fibrosis index for the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.Methods:76 serum samples from patients with chronic hepatitis B were examined for measuring fibrosis indexes using chemiluminometry technique,and liver biopsy was performed.Results: The levels of HA,PIIIP and Ⅳ.C were increased and correlated positively with stage of fibrosis(r=0.693,P0.01;r=0.753,P0.01;r=0.742,P0.01).Conclusion:Serum fibrosis indexes can help predict the tendency of hepatic fibrosis,and the method produces results with the advantages of high sensitivity,high stability,cross-contamination-proof,and promptness.
