Clinical value of serum hepatic fibrosis In the diagnosis of liver fibrosis

Objective To investigate the serum liver fibrosis diagnosis of liver fibrosis staging clinical value. Methods 47 patients with chronic hepatitis B information,through the serum fibrosis related indicators( HA,IV- C,PIIIP and LN) detection,calculation and liver fibrosis staging correlation statistical methods discussed through various indicators diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of early cirrhosis. Results The serum liver fibrosis indexes and liver fibrosis staging order of correlation: r( IV- C = 0. 63) r( PIIIP =0. 40) r( HA = 0. 28),but no statistical correlation test LN significance( P 0. 05). The relevant indicators by ROC curve analysis,the sensitivity for the diagnosis of cirrhosis is the order of IV- C( 82. 0%) PIIIP( 80. 1%) HA( 49. 2%),specificity for the diagnosis of cirrhosis is the order of HA( 74. 1%) IV- C( 71. 3%) PIIIP( 69. 3%). Conclusion Serum fibrosis markers can better reflect the condition of liver fibrosis staging.
