On Relations between Tianqiu and Development of the Culture and Education of Guizhou in Ming Dynasty

In the development history of Guizhou,Tianqiu has been a man who deserves careful study and energetic propaganda.As a cream of the esquire stratum in the southwestern minority nationality regions,Tianqiu was not only prominent for his erudition and outspokenness in Ming dynasty,but was famous for,in spite of being in the court,not despising the southwestern minority nationality regions,and being brave in forwarding the development of Guizhou's society and culture.In this paper,we briefly discuss Tianqiu's action on and contribution to the development of the culture and education of Guizhou in order to awaken posterity to the historical experience.
