Abstract

In this paper according to training creative talents,the writer holds that postgraduates′ creative competence should be a core of professional competence education in order to meet the needs of advanced specialized talents for social economical development.The following aspects should be reformed:educational idea,course system and teaching contents,teaching method,testing method,which are the essential ways to realize professional competence education.She has also analyzed the promoting function of comprehensive competence education towards professional competence education.
