Abstract

This paper interprets the transmission network plan in the 11th Five-Year Telecommunication Plan based on the current situation of optical fiber transmission system,the selection of the transmission technology as well as the design scheme.It also brings forward some tentative plan for the implementation of the transmission network plan combined with the requirement of the State Grid Corporation of China.
