Development of power dispatching telephone exchange network during the 11th Five-Year Plan period

This paper discusses the development of power dispatching and telecommunication,power dispatching system,dispatching circuits,existing problems in network configuration,technology and policy,equipment requirement as well as dispatching exchange network plan etc.according to the requirement of the 11th Five-Year Telecommunication Plan of the State Grid Corporation of China.
