Study on the relevance of CTX-1,TRACP,BGP,BACP levels with BMD in 834 cases of female

Objective To study the relevance of CTX-1,TRACP,BGP,BALP with the neck BMD in female.Methods Enzyme immunoassay analyzer of Thermo company to detect CTX-1,TRACP,BGP,BALP,and BMD was measured by Discovery-WA-type bone mineral density detector of the United States Hologic company.To divide the results of 834 objects into several groups according to the standard of 5-year-old age as a group,SPSS 13.0 software was applicated for statistical analysis.Results The CTX-1,TRACP had negative relevance with BMD in 35-45 age group and BGP,BALP had positive relevance with BMD in 35-45 age group.The BGP,BALP increased significantly in 50-60 age group,and CTX-1、TRACP、BGP、BALP had negative relevance with BMD in 50-60 age group.BGP,BALP began to decline and had positive relevance with BMD after the age of 65,and CTX-1,TRACP had negative relevance with BMD after the age of 65.Conclusion CTX-1,TRACP,BGP,BALP were the important technical means for monitoring the level of bone metabolism and the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of osteoporosis.
