Abstract
Objective To detect the effects and safety of verisyse iris-claw phakic IOL implantation for high myopia. Methods 61 eyes in 37 patients with high myopia were operated implantation of verisyse iris-claw phakic IOL(ICPIOL).Results Uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA) in vary period postoperatively had been improved(P0.01).The contrast of the residual diopter in vary period postoperatively is P0.05.13.11% of eyes achieved UCVA ≥5.0,and 59.02% of eyes achieved UCVA ≥4.7 at 1 year postoperatively. The post-operative BCVA of every eye was not worse than the pre-operative one. Conclusion The implantation of Verisyse iris-claw phakic IOL for high myopia issafe and effective.
