Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect between the laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy treatment of gallbladder disease. Methods:By using Meta-Analysis to analyze the data-22research results in China about the effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)and open cholecystectomy(OC)treatment of gallbladder disease with Review Manager 50.Results:The operation time and the blood loss of LC group was less than that of OC group for gallbladder disease. The merger of weighted mean difference was 23.17,51.10 respectively;95% CI was 16.71,29.64,(37.40,64.79) respectively, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion:LC for treaeing gallbladder disease was more effective than OC.
