Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of reduction of temporomandibular joint condyle fracture by an intraoral in the treatment of patients with mandibular condylar neck fracture.Methods:20 patients with mandibular condylar neck fracture treated in our hospital were given the treatment of temporomandibular joint condyle fracture by an intraoral, the fracture and the trailing edge of bone were operated to reset and fixate, and were given the original line incision and implant, then temporomandibular joint of patients were reconstructed. Results:After treatment, there was 1case of occlusal relationship for abnormal,0 case of open for limit,1 case for joint pain, and there were 20 cases less than before treatment;after treatment, joint space narrowing had 1 case, condylar fracture shape to be abnormal had 1 case, and there were 20 cases less than before treatment.Condylar stability(19 cases) after treatment was more than before treatment for 1 case. Conclusion:The treatment of condylar fracture surgery each has advantages and disadvantages, although the treatment of reduction of temporomandibular joint condyle fracture by an intraoral in the treatment of patients with mandibular condylar neck fracture is difficult, but it can overcome the problem of postoperative patients with external skin scar,is conducive to protect facial nerve of patients and improve the level of treatment with quality, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
