Abstract
The chemical constituents of Weigela ethyl acetate extract was mainly studied in this paper. Ethanol extraction was used to extract the chemical composition of Weigela, and respectively with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-butanol extraction, ethyl acetate extract was separated and purified by column chromatography, thin-layer preparative chromatography, gel column chromatography, recrystallization and other methods. Five compounds were obtained, there were quercetin(I), protocatechuic acid(II), Scopoletin(III), 6-methoxy-7-oxo-isopentenylcoumarin(IV), β-sitosterol(V).
