The Problems and Solutions in the Vocational Training for Rural Migrant Workers

This article looked into some problems concerning the vocational training for rural migrant workers and defined the responsibilities of the parties involved.The author argued that the establishment of an all-round training system for all workers including rural migrant workers with diversified sources of financial input and effective government supervision would be a practical solution to the problems.
