Study on Intellectual Property Financing Constraint of Technology-Based SMEs

It is an important outlet for technology-based small and micro-sized enterprises(SMEs)to use intellectual property rights(IP or IPRs)assets as financing tool to ease financial difficulties.China has carried out patent,trademark and computer software copyright pledge as main means to raise the level of using IP in the financing pilot work according to the situation of continual and fast increasing numbers of IP.To make comprehensive analysis and summary for pilot work,to profoundly understand constraints faced by IP financing,and to make multi-level thinking path and policy for IP financing under guidance of the theory of financing constrains are important tasks for solving financing problems of technology-based SMEs and for improving its capacities of comprehensively using IPRs.
