Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of bicyclol on serum concentration and pharmacokinetics of isoniazid in rats.METHODS The concentration of isoniazid in plasma was detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)before and after bicyclol administration.Pharmacokinetics parameters were evaluated by DAS 2.0 pharmacokinetics programme.RESULTS After isoniazid was used alone and in combination with bicyclol, the concentrations between each time point had no significant difference(P0.05).Pharmacokinetics process was simulated using statistical models, pharmacokinetic parameters of two groups.AUC(0-t)、AUC(0-∞)、MRT(0-t)、MRT(0-∞)、t1/2z、tmax、CLz/F、Vz/F and Cmax had no significant difference(P0.05).CONCLUSION There is no influence on the pharmacokinetics of isoniazid when combined with bicyclol.
