Constructing Harmonious Tutor Team to Improve Military Postgraduate'Quality

Aiming at the demand of the postgraduate education,the limitation of the single tutor in the military postgraduate education is analyzed. It includes that the postgraduate academic view is limited,and the academic innovation may be suppressed; the research and academic activities of the single tutor may disconnect the demand of the grass-roots units. These phenomena may cause the difficulty for solving the practical problems. Quantitative evaluation and incentive mechanism are insufficient. The demand of the tutor team is analyzed,then compared with a single supervisor responsibility system. The paper points oout tutor team is conducive to improving the tutor's academic level,is conducive to training the all-round development students,is conducive to the cultivation of the team spirit,is conducive to share of resources and the achievement of innovation,and is conducive to the developing of discipline construction and so on. Finally the issues and solutions for establishment of tutor team are given.
