Curative Effect of Blocking Periarticular and Articular Cavity of Shoulder Combined with Ozone for Treatment of Frozen Shoulder

Objective:To observe the security and curative effect of blocking periarticular and articular cavity of shoulder combined with ozone for treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods:All 54 patients were randomly divided into two groups,27 cases in each group.The patients of control group were treated simply with blocking periarticular and articular cavity of shoulder,and the patients in treatment group were treated plus ozone.The improvement symptoms were observed and the comprehensive efficacy and pain visual analogue scale(VAS) were compared in the two groups.Results:The patients of two groups were treated for a course of treatment and they were all followed up for 6 months.The VAS was significant different in the two groups for 1 months later(P0.05),2 months later(P0.01),and 6 months later(P0.01).The comprehensive efficacy evaluation was different too(P0.05).Conclusion:The two methods are effective for treating frozen shoulder,especially combined with ozone.The long-term efficacy of plus ozone is more obvious,and it is safety and no adverse reaction.
