Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect on combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine to acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods From July 2006 to July 2009 accepted 65 cases with AP,31 cases were treated with conventional therapy(control group):normal fasting and continuous gastrointestinal decompression, trypsin inhibitors and symptomatic supportive care;the other 34 cases on the basis of conventional therapy added treatment using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM combined group). To Compare the efficacy of two groups after treatment. Results During the TCM combined group,20 cases were excellent,12 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid;During the control group,9 cases were excellent,16 cases were effective,6 cases were invalid, the clinical efficacy difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.01).After treatment 7 d,the white blood cell count, blood sugar, blood amylase, urine amylase, endotoxin of the TCM combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).The abdominal distension, abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea, fever, ease time of the TCM combined group were better than those in the control group, differences between the two groups were also statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion The combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine was better than western medicine treatment to AP,can relieve clinical symptoms earlier, was worthy to be popularized.
