Abstract

Using the methods of literature study,experimentation and mathematical statistics,on the base of the comprehensive analysis of 800-meter run technical structure and energy metabolic feature,the specific training method was put forward to provide valuable theoretic bases and practical guidance for the improvement in the athletes' performances.
