Influence of Simvastatin combined Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Blood Lipid in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the treatment effects of simvastatin and HBO on the patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia,and compare that with treatment effect of using atorvastatin alone.Method:Selected 102 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia treated from our hospital from november 2011 to november 2012,and divided them into two groups randomly.Took 51 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in treatment group and treated them with hyperbaric oxygen HBO and simvastatin,took another 51 cases in control group by using simvastatin alone.Observed and compared the changes of blood lipid parameter before and after the treatment.Result:With treatments of hyperbaric oxygen HBO and simvastatin for 30 days and 90 days in treatment group,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C were improved better than using simvastatin alone and that had a statistical significance(P 0.05).Compared with the total effect rate of the blood lipids treatment in control group,the difference also had a statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment with simvastatin and HBO can markedly reduce the blood lipids of patients with coronary heart disease and improve the condition of arteriosclerosis effectively.
