Abstract
By analyzing the status quo of human resource in Gansu province, this author points that the financial advanced expert is one of the rarest resource, and probes the restrict factors to its developing. At the end of the article, the author puts forward some countermeasures to accelerats development of financial human resource in Gansu from three aspects.
