Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein( hs-CRP) and the serum level of coronary heart disease( CHD) . Methods 138 cases patients with CHD were divided into stable angina pectoris ( SAP group,46 cases) ,unstable angina pectoris( UAP group,52 cases) and acute myocardial infarction( AMI group,40 cases) . There were 60 cases healthy people in control group. All of the samples were determined the serum hs-CRP,CK and CK-MB concentrations. Results The serum hs-CRP level in patients with CHD was significantly higher than that in normal control group. The serum hs-CRP level of AMI group was significantly higher than that in SAP group and UAP group, and UAP group was significantly higher than SAP group. Among all four groups, the serum levels of CK and CK-MB were the highest, the differ-ences were statistically significant( P 0. 05) . Conclusion The level of hs-CRP can closely associate with the severity of CHD.
