Abstract

Soviet factors are important in the Kuomintang political system. They came into the Kuomintang Political System. They came into the system by two ways: one is Soviet consultants, Comintern representatives and CCP members' participation in the construction and transformation of the system, the other is the Kuomintang VIPs' such as JIANG Jie-shi and his sons approval and imitation of Soviet system after their investigation and study in Soviet Union. These factors' main part is that a country should be ruled by the party or the government management can be replaced with the party management, which finds expression in the fast that there is no balance and supervision mechanism for the power of the Kuomintang Central Committee, and in the system of Party representatives in the army and the system of political work.
