Analysis on legislation of escaping behavior after traffic accident

Abstract
In recent years,escaping phenomena after traffic accident is very universal,it usually make the victim in accident die or develop from slight wound to severe wound,severe wound to deformity because of lacking of salvation.This requires us to punish relevant actor so as to prevent the generation and deterioration of this phenomena.Our country should separate escaping behavior after traffic accident from traffic accident crime,and regulate it as the traffic hit-and-run crime.
