Abstract

Objective:To explore expression of survivin protein in different differential states of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells and in vitro, while observing the consistency. Methods:Immunohistochemical staining(SP method) to detect 40 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,20 cases of adjacent normal tissue expression of survivin protein.Application of chemical methods of immune cells were detected in normal esophageal epithelial cells,well-differentiated esophageal squamous cell cells(KYSE-70),poorly differentiated squamous cell epithelial cells(KYSE-450) in the expression of survivin. Results:Positive expression rate of survivin protein in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were 72.5%,significantly different from the control group(esophageal cancer tissues and normal tissues) 5.0%(P0.01).3 Department of cells positive expression of survivin protein in rates were 86%,69%,1%.Conclusion:The expression of survivin protein is related with the differentiation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, and have the consistency on the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma cells and in vitro.
