According to the division of port infrastructure as public port infrastructure and un-public port infrastructure,this article analyzes the current situation of the investment and financing system for port infrastructure of China, which is mainly about the subjects and modes of the investment and financing. Based on the former analysis,it points out the insufficiency of the current investment and financing system for port infrastructure of China.By using for reference the successful experience of the overseas investment and financing systems for construction of port infrastructure,concrete recommendations are made for supply the gap of the investment and financing system for port infrastructure of China.
