Six Taste Glutinous Rehmannia Decoction Combined with Western Medicine In The Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective] To observe the Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of primary osteoporosis treatment. [Method] Using randomized controlled methods,68 cases of hospitalized patients according to visiting sequence were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 34 cases Salcatonin Injection,50IU/,1 /d,1 weeks after the end of 1 times per week,100IU/ times,subcutaneous injection;Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Tablets,1 tablets each time,1 times /d. The treatment group of 34 cases of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction(Radix Rehmanniae 15 g,yam,Cornus 12 g,Poria,Alisma,Plantago,Cortex Moutan,Achyranthes bidentata,Huang Baige 10 g,Bixie 15g),1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 200 mL,BLD three clothes;western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 weeks as 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,bone mineral density,grading of pain,adverse reaction. 4 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[ Result] The treatment group,16 cases had marked effect,15 cases were effective,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 91.18%. Control group 10 cases were markedly effective,effective 14 cases,10 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 70.59%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P 0.05). Two groups of bone mineral density,pain score were improved(P 0.01),the treatment group is better than that of control group(P 0.01,P 0.05).[ Conclusion] The six tastes glutinous rehmannia decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of primary osteoporosis,satisfied with the effect,no side effect,is worth promoting.
