Abstract
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of ginsenoside from ginseng fibrous root. Method: Refluxing method and supersonic extraction method were compared, and the optimal extraction process of ginsenoside was selected by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Result: The optimum extracting factors were 50% alcohol, extracting for 40min at 40℃, repeated 2 times with solid-liquid ratio of 1:20. Conclusion: The method is simple with high extraction rate.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
