Study on the Different Extraction Process of Saponins from Panax Ginsengand Optimum

Several extraction processes were used respectively ,such as the traditional decocting method; warmly extraction method refluxing method, microwave method supersonic method and so on, ginsenoside content determined by colorimetric analysis method to optimize the extraction process of ginsenosides Results indicate:The optimum extraction processes is supersonic method. This optimized process is simple, stable and efficient.
