Abstract
Since the middle of the 1990s,the economic focus has shifted to expanding home demand,especially rural consumption demand.The importance of expanding home demand,however,should not be confined only to the steady increase of national economy,but expand to the development of economy,politics,culture and zoology,etc.An overall comprehension of the capacity of expanding the rural consumption demand is fatal to the implantation of the relevant policies made by the Party and government.
