Abstract
Objective:To develop an UPLC method for determination of content and entrapment efficiency of elemene liposomes. Methods:The analytes was separated on a XR-ODSⅡ(2.2 μm,75 mm×3.0 mm)column with acetonitrile-water(80∶20)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 40 ℃ and detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Results:Elemene had a good linear relation in a range of 1-100 μg·mL-1.The average entrapment efficiency of elemene liposomes reached(99.8±0.4)%.Conclusion: UPLC method for determination of content and entrapment efficiency of elemene liposomes was simple, fast and accurate.
