Abstract
By even orthogonal design, the polysaccharide extraction process from fresh mycelia of Pleurotus ferulae were optimizaed by liquid submerged fermentation. The results were as follows: when the density of mycelia were at the range of 100~250mg/mL(fresh weight), the time of ultrasonic treatment was 18 min, and the extraction was at 70℃ for 4 hours, the extraction rate of polysaccharide reached 0.914%.
